Principal’s Message
I extend a cordial welcome to all the students who have chosen to be a part of Government Degree College Subathu (Solan) which has been serving the community with quality education in two undergraduate programs in Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce. Our institution strives to deliver its best to students, through its faculty and staff. The institution is keen to enrich the skills of students, generate leadership qualities and values of social work, which it strive to achieve by organizing activities like career counseling, communicative skills, debates, guest lecturers through well established NSS, Clubs and Societies.
The college has very experienced and highly qualified faculty members, actively involved in disseminating knowledge and skills to the students and simultaneously enriching their own knowledge by actively participating in National and International Seminars and conferences, presenting papers, training courses, working as Resource Persons.
Education plays a key role in the overall development of the society. I consider it as an honor and pleasure to work with the faculty members and staff who work hard to help our students achieve excellence and become successful persons. I am sure that our competent and committed faculty and staff will improve the learning of our students in all the complexities of your academic discipline.
