Refund & Cancellation

Fee once paid is not refundable. In case , the fee transaction has been completed through the online payment gateway of Government Degree College, Subathu, Tehsil Solan, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh and due to technical issue fee paid twice, the candidate can contact College office or email : principalgdcsubathu@gmail.com with details like double payment transaction numbers with documentary proof, date and reasons. Candidate can also send refund request by post.
After the College is satisfied and payment received twice is confirmed, the refund will be initiated.
Refund request will be accepted if it is submitted within a period of two months of date of transaction. Refund is not admissible for single transaction on any online payment of fees .
